Activate your SIM

Let’s Get Started

Before you can use your new SIM, you’ll have to activate it. We'll need just a few details, including the following:

  • Your SIM Serial Number (SSN) which is printed on the SIM card
  • Your Amazon Order Number
  • Your Email address

After sending us this information, you’ll receive a confirmation email which includes details of the bundle you’ve purchased and the date on which your bundle will cease.

Network:

Top-Up

If you run out of data prior to the end of your 30 days, we can arrange a data top-up for you. We have a number of different top-up packages available. Please contact our customer service team who will be happy to arrange a top-up up for you.

Renew

When you are nearing your bundle end date, we will let you know by text or email – and tell you about your different options. If you want to carry on with your current bundle, you can. Remember, with Sims4Home there are never any Contracts, Credit Checks, Tie-ins or Commitments of any kind. One of our customer service team will be happy to take you through the process.
